OUR RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK
To our valued customers,
We at New Century Systems are taking the COVID-19 outbreak very seriously, and we want to ensure you we are committed to protect the health of all involved during these trying times. We have taken measures to continue providing you high-quality heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical services safely.
While the nature of our work requires personal interaction, we want you to know the measures we are taking so that we all remain safe.
These measures include, but are not limited to:
We have transitioned most of our office staff to working remotely. Those who are working in our office maintain private work stations and which are regularly disinfected, as well as all common spaces in the building.
We have educated our staff and technicians on ways to interact with co-workers and customers without physical contact.
We require employees to follow precautions as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This includes wearing cloth face coverings, regular hand washing/sanitizing, as well as the CDC’s coughing and sneezing etiquette.
We require our employees to self-quarantine and seek advice and medical attention if they are at risk, become ill, or believe they have been exposed to COVID-19. Employees subject to this quarantine are not permitted to return to work until they are healthy and have completed their quarantine period.
We have provided our service technicians with sanitizing kits, masks, disposable gloves, and other items to help protect their own personal safety and welfare, as well as that of our customers and community.
